Leadership communication training should be tailored to the specific goals and objectives of the company, which should be clearly listed in the company's mission statement. It should also address the needs of key people within the company so that each one is made aware of his or her place in the company's strategy and vision. The company's strategic goals should also be mentioned so that those employees who are responsible for a specific goal or objective are properly informed about how the company expects them to contribute to it.
